**TOUR OF THE VODKA MUSEUM AND TASTING

The Vodka museum gives fascinating insight in to the Russian history, culture and
drinking traditions. It is located in the very heart of St. Petersburg in the historical
building of the Headquarters and Stables of the Horse Guard Regiment. The Vodka
Museum is the first of its kind in the world. Its exhibition shows guests the history of
Russian vodka, a collection of antique containers, kitchenware and of course, vodka
bottles throughout the years. Vodka is an integral part throughout Russian culture and
history. After visiting the museum, you will have an opportunity to sample various vodka’s
along with traditional Russian Zakuski (appetizers). Na Zdorovie!
**6 HOUR EXCURSION TO TSARSKOE SELO,
PETERHOF WITH LUNCH AND COOKING LESSON

A special excursion to Pushkin where you will visit the Imperial summer residence,
Tsarskoye Selo including the gardens, walkways and fountains. Visit to Peterhof
(Petrodvorets) is also included. Known as the Russian Versailles, Peterhof is one of the
most beautiful palace and park complexes in the world. Lunch will be held at Podvorie
Restaurant along the way. The Podvorie Restaurant is roughly 30 kilometers from St.
Petersburg in Pavlovsk, not far from the central entrance to the Pavlovsky Park. The
restaurant is located within a typical log house and decorated with a wooden interior and
colourful décor. You will also be shown how to make some of the local specialties such
as Blini (pancakes) or Borscht (Russian soup).
