YYZ Travel Celebrity Cruises Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees of YYZ Travel, its affiliates, Celebrity Cruises, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on March 1st, 2025, and ends on March 31st, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter:

• Method 1 (Purchase): Book any Celebrity Cruise with YYZ Travel during the Entry Period. Each booking qualifies as one entry.
• Method 2 (No Purchase Necessary): Mail a standard-size postcard with your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address to the YYZ Travel office located at 7851 Dufferin Street, Vaughan, Ontario, L4L 1A4, Canada, during the Entry Period. Postcards must be postmarked by March 31st, 2025, and received by April 3rd, 2025. Only one entry per person via this method.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Celebrity Cruises certificate for an Alaska cruise for two (2) in a Veranda Stateroom, subject to availability, or a lower category at the discretion of Celebrity Cruises. The certificate is subject to all terms and conditions imposed by Celebrity Cruises, including but not limited to availability, blackout dates, and all other restrictions as outlined in the official Celebrity Cruises certificate documentation. The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not explicitly covered by the certificate, including but not limited to: airfare, ground transportation, port charges, gratuities, onboard expenses, travel insurance, meals, passport fees, visa fees, fuel supplements, and incidental expenses. The winner is also responsible for any upgrades to higher stateroom categories, beverage packages, Wi-Fi access, specialty dining, spa treatments, and onboard incidentals. The cruise certificate has an estimated retail value of $2,000 CAD, but the actual value may vary depending on travel dates, availability, and any upgrades chosen by the winner. YYZ Travel makes no guarantee as to the specific value of the prize.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries on April 9th, 2025. The winner will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the draw. If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within twenty-one (21) days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of YYZ Travel and Celebrity Cruises, which are final and binding in all respects. YYZ Travel and Celebrity Cruises reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, with reasonable notice provided where possible. YYZ Travel and Celebrity Cruises are not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions, human error, or unauthorized intervention. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations. Participants release YYZ Travel, Celebrity Cruises, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or relating to this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, YYZ Travel and Celebrity Cruises reserve the right to pursue available legal remedies.
