  • Greeting and screening all visitors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Ensuring that all client requests are either handled immediately or that clients are directed toward the appropriate resource
  • Manage incoming phone calls (screen, organize, and facilitate, and direct each call) as required
  • Responsible for all guests sign-in and COVID protocols
  • Assist with managing front office deliveries when needed
  • Assist in maintenance and appearance of the lobby
  • Assist with database & records management
  • Assist with front office administrative tasks
  • Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by management

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • High school diploma
  • Two to three (2-3) years Reception experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Strong professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and other programs)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluent in English. Conversational Russian is a benefit.

Office hours are Monday to Friday – 09:00 am to 5:00 pm.
