RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting and screening all visitors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Ensuring that all client requests are either handled immediately or that clients are directed toward the appropriate resource
- Manage incoming phone calls (screen, organize, and facilitate, and direct each call) as required
- Responsible for all guests sign-in and COVID protocols
- Assist with managing front office deliveries when needed
- Assist in maintenance and appearance of the lobby
- Assist with database & records management
- Assist with front office administrative tasks
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by management
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- High school diploma
- Two to three (2-3) years Reception experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Strong professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask is a must
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and other programs)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in English. Conversational Russian is a benefit.
Office hours are Monday to Friday – 09:00 am to 5:00 pm.
